As the markets continue to improve, I am finding I just have too many quality roles to fill and cannot cover everything on my own. I have 3 very committed clients who pay me great fee's (11K - 22k typically - Pounds Sterling)

I recruit globally, so right now have roles on in the UK, US, Sweden and Dubai. My fee levels are 20-25%, I don't engage in low value business.

I could really do with some help from some capable Resourcers (yes, I know you are rare!) who can find relevant people for me to call. In return I can offer a sensible split fee arrangement, 100% honesty and trust in our dealings (call between us to qualify each other before starting on any assignments).

I will work closely with you to ensure you have a full understanding of what we are searching for. If you can locate the right people, I guarantee I will bring them on board and get them into an interview process. My CV submit to interview ratio is 1:1, so your chance of making money is very high indeed :)

All my clients love me dearly because they know I always deliver, so  I would never throw things to you which I am not confident has a pot of gold at the end of it.
