I am currently looking to fill a Technical Support Engineer position with experience in valve engineering, manufacturing and sales. (Petrochemical Industry) Job Specification is below.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER
Supports Outside Sales force and industrial clients.
Provides technical expertise, applications review and product information and selection.
Provides sales force and customers with pricing quotations and proposals.
Presents applications and product information at training seminars.
Control valves and actuators sizing, and instrumentation selection.
Perform valve service technician duties at our customer’s plants as required.
Education & Experience:
4 year college degree in the instrumentation, mechanical, chemical, electrical engineering, or related field is preferred and/or equivalent job experience of control and instrumentation in process industry related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar environment or a plant would be an asset.
Well-developed computer skills, excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Knowledge of the German language would be an asset but is not required.
