I am looking for software applications that power a company's career site.  I am not interested in complicated ATS software as I don't wish to maintain candidate data in the software.  I simple want a good career site with job application functionality that would allow resume responses to be sent to specific email addresses.

We created our own software, TargetPort, 10 years ago which is working adequately, but needs to be updated.  We have also used ZohoRecruit, but it has some limitations.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
