SUMMARY
The Developer III contributes specialized technical knowledge in multiple software application development efforts and will participate in all phases of development cycle.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Participate in the implementation of Cloud Data Store initiative.
• Understand the high level design and create detailed sub-level design documents.
• Implement solution by following the best coding techniques and algorithms.
• Participate in design and code reviews.
• Perform internal testing to identify problems early, perform error and stress scenarios.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or 4 years equivalent experience
• Must be analytical, flexible, innovative, and self-motivated
• Consistent record of being able to meet deadlines
• Must be able to succeed in a dynamic and distributed team environment
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed to meet department deliverables
• 5+ years experience as a software developer, software analyst. Experience developing middleware solutions or database development is preferred.
• Expertise in .Net programming for multi-threaded applications is a must.
• Expertise in tuning and debugging software applications for CPU, Memory and I/O performance is a must.
• Good understanding of database internals (Oracle and SQL Server).
• Experience with C#, SQL, XML
