Hi. I am wondering if anyone could offer me some good advice. I was a recruiter for about a year, doing mostly high volume stuff-part-time, weekend sales. I recently have been contacted to work from home, commission only, for another high volume opportunity. I am really nervous about this as I like to plan and have a guarantee for a salary. However, this is a trusted referral so I know the guy will pay, if I do the work. I have a couple of questions-how much should I be looking to make? The manager already told me they make about $1500 per placement-they make money because they are high volume. How hard is it to place "commission only salespeople" because I think those are mostly the jobs I'd be filling.

Thanks to anyone who takes time to respond!
