Hi all,
I'm working on an upcoming monthly community-based series for the Social Talent blog, where we ask a question to recruiters around the world to get opinions on a specific topic in the recruitment world.
This month we're asking the question 'How many interviews are too many interviews?' and would love to hear your thoughts. How many interviews do you think it takes to know if a candidate will be a good professional and culture fit for your organisation...two, three, ten?! Do you think it's possible to sew everything up in just one interview? At what point do candidates grow tired of the interview process and lost interest in the job?
Share your thoughts and experiences here, or by emailing me atmichelle@socialtalent.co and we'll be including all thoughts in the piece when it goes up on the blog. Looking forward to hearing from you!
