I own a sole-proprietorship recruiting business that I work out of my home.

I've considered expanding to hire recruiters.  I'm looking for advise from others

who have tried and either been successful or not.  What worked best, what didn't?

Currently I'm not even using an ATS so I know that's something I would need to invest in first.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
