Welcome to our first community contest - share your recruiting horror story for a chance to win an iPad2.

Your story will be judged on a lesson learned, aha moment or new insight gleaned from an experience with true recruiting "horror". To enter, submissions must be posted in this forum category.

A panel of Judges will narrow the field by scoring entries on 2 categories: 1-5 for originality and 1-5 for the lesson learned. The top 5 entries will be put in front of the community who will choose the winner.
