I just completed a Recruiting position at FPL Energy. While I was there, I was the Senior Recruiter for Finance, Accounting, Tax, Business Management, Information Technology, Risk Management, Wind Farm Development, and Meteorology.

FPL Energy is the largest Renewable Energy company in the United States. Unfortunately, they are currently in a complete hiring freeze.

This calendar year, I hired about 130 external candidates, from Associate level to Director level. I also managed to save FPL Energy millions of dollars on Agency fees by finding even the most difficult to find candidates on my own.
