I have 15 years of experience in FinTech. Initially as Software Developer, and then as a Team Manager.

I want to take my career to a Full Time job in Corporate Recruiting and Talent Acquisition.

I am planning to get relevant certifications to help this transition. 

I googled and came across AIRS, and HCP.

Can you help me decide, which certification(s) are suitable for this goal, between them? 

And then which one specifically under them?
