Director of Career Services

ITT Educational Services, Inc. is a leading private college system focused on technology-oriented programs of study. We operate over 100 ITT Technical Institutes in more than 30 states which predominantly provide career-focused, degree programs to approximately 61,000 students. Headquartered in Carmel, Indiana, we have been actively involved in the higher education community in the United States since 1969.

We have a current opening at our Seattle campus for a Director of Career Services. In this position, you will direct and oversee the campus’ Career Services Department and provide career services and employment assistance to students, graduates, and alumni by building relationships with local corporate, non-profit and government employers and provide career counseling. In addition, you will be responsible for graduate employment results in the school.

Requirements
 Bachelor’s degree
 Three (3) years of qualitative and quantitative career services experience (recruiting, executive search, staffing, corporate HR) or related sales management
 Strong presentation skills
 Superior interpersonal and communication skills
 Strong computer skills (Excel and Word)
 Creative, innovative, problem solving skills
 Work independently
