I got a call last week from my contact at a very interesting company in the Peninsula. (Bay Area) They have developed an extremely disruptive technology and have the backing of some big name VC's to the tune of $50 million. 
They are now looking to hire 20+ for this year (and grow beyond as well) and need a talented individual like yourself to:
Serve as point person for a lean recruiting team 
Lead the recruiting charge and continuously improve recruiting process
