Hey there folks.
Does anyone know of any articles or employment laws that mention discrimination against people who went to or did not go to a certain college or University? I have some hiring managers who will not look at a resume unless the person went to an Ivy League school. I have explained it is all about the job, all about how the candidates skills and abilities fit into the job a 100 times, they don’t see it. I have even gone as far to say BILL GATES doesn’t have a degree, so you are telling me that you wouldn’t have hired Bill Gates 30 years ago, because he didn’t go to Harvard. They just don’t see it/ get it.

Any advice?
