We have a deadbeat client who owes us $12k. We're looking for an attorney who will work on a purely contingency basis. The only ones I've found say they will work on a contingency basis , but then they want to be paid hourly for "additional" work such as depositions, cross complaints, etc.
We are a California corporation and so it the "client".
I've found "collection agencies," but I'm not sure they will really do anything.
thanks.
