My mind is a curious thing and I am currently investigating a potential recruiting-like opportunity that came to me while I was meeting clients on a different subject. I think it could be the next evolution of recruiting (seriously or at least I hope so) LOL. This is my solo project, no one here but me at present.

Is anybody aware of where I could find the ATS graveyard. I need a simple resume (candidate profile) and then client facing requirement (job spec) type application that has the web interfaces and could tap into social media apps. It would have to handle a ton of potential applicants and traffic. Any advice, comments or thoughts appreciated on how, who to approach for something like this.
