Does anyone partner on Job Boards?

I use a major job board and would like to find someone who currently using another that could partner with me to expand both of our coverages.

 

Just a crazy idea I came up with when I woke up today and missed a certain sales reps 100th call to get me to switch/add to their service.

 

They are a necessary evil sometimes and as they say: "one placement pays for it all", but percentage wise, it seems like we get raked over the coals.
