Some of you may have seen me actively participating in discussions over the past year or so but this is the first one I have started so hopefully its of interest to some of you.
We are expecting a large requirement for highly qualified teachers/lecturers that are TESOL certified for the Saudi Arabian market. If you have strong networks in the TESOL sector I would love to make contact with you and discuss opportunities to work together on this project. We are especially interested in those of you that can access candidates that have a PhD, Masters or are Bilingual. Minimum criteria is bachelors degree but we will probably be able to access these people ourselves.
We (Mi4Corners) are a "candidate sourcing" company for local and global recruiters. We specialise in the sectors Accounting & Finance, Teaching, Medical, Law, IT and Engineering. Our focus has typically been the UK, Australia, Asia, NZ and Middle East. Due to the size of our requirements for Saudi Arabia we will be casting our net into the USA and I realise that most of the participants on recruiting blogs are USA based.
If anyone has suggestions about how we can best market these opportunities in the USA please let me know. We only have 2-3 mths to attract candidates. Your ideas would be appreciated.
