I got a random email suggesting I use it. I signed up and I've yet to receive any resumes. Is this a scam? Are there better sites to use?

I have been getting resumes from them for about two years. In all of that time, I think I have gotten two that are worth following up on. Of course, the criteria you have to choose from when you set it up are very generic. That pretty much guarantees you will get a lot of useless resumes.

I don't have a clue as to where they get their resumes.
