Just to alert those who might use or join the Fremont California firm EC manage, They have failed to pay several independent contractors in 2009.  Documentation shows client have paid EC manage for services and EC manage is not paying the Delivery Contractors.  Be very carefule dealing with this form.  Rumors are that they are in financial trouble and re-directing funds to wheere we wont be able to pursue them.  Just rumors but one know there may be nuggets of truth there.
