Electrical Estimator needs to have experience estimating large construction projects in the commercial, hospital, and government fields. 10-15 years of experience or anything over 5 years can work. The position is located in Washington DC. The client is offering all relocation costs to be paid. The other important factor is the candidate must have a stable work history, no more that 2 jobs in the past five years.
Electrical Project Manager: Same client - Client has two of these position available. One in NYC, seeking a candidate that has experience running $5 million electrical projects in the rail, heavy subway station fields. Electrical Engineering Degree is preferred although other technical degrees will be considered. Minimum of 5 years experience in electrical projects with a stable work history.
The other Electrical project manager opportunity is for the same client. Position location, Washington DC. The client is seeking a candidate similar to the NYC candidate the only difference is that this candidate can have experience in any field not particularly rail/heavy subway.
