Work4 CEO Stéphane Le Viet remarked, "We have combined two very powerful Work4 integrations; Facebook and eQuest. We can now efficiently and effectively provide mutual customers the ability to target a vibrant pool of talent through this technology arrangement."
Part of the agreement also allows eQuest to gain a significant foothold on Facebook's candidate data.

While I don't think these job postings and advertisements will replace LinkedIn as your go-to candidate search engine, it does present an opportunity to get creative with search and throw candidate personality into the mix, focusing on terms beyond your cut-and-dry job qualifications. Searching for talent through Facebook won't be as straightforward as it is on LinkedIn. I'm curious to see this arrangement will disrupt the recruiting industry.
