I am an experienced recruiter with over 18 years of experience in the industry.

My most recent experience has been in recruiting in the engineering, manufacturing and power/energy industries. I was responsible for the introduction and education of our services, further development of our existing partnerships, and to gain new and repeat business. I averaged over 20 new direct hire and contract job openings per month; averaged 2-3 new hires per month; also developed several leads that turned into large accounts for the company (companies who averaged at least one new hire per month).

Previous experience was with a start-up office of a Management Recruiters International (MRI) franchise, a nationally known recruiting and staffing company specializing in the civil engineering sector. I quickly grew a civil engineering desk from scratch and developed relationships with some of the largest engineering companies in the Southeast, such as Jacobs Engineering, Wilbur Smith & Associates, Gresham Smith Partners and DMJM Harris.

I currently live in the greater Atlanta area.
