Looking for advice on filling multiple positions for a client in a less-than desirable location. The need is for software developers in the Java space and the company is very good with a lot to offer from a career standpoint and opportunities to work on the latest and innovative technology....straight contracts are not an option - only FT and CTH.

Searching out these people has proved to be somewhat difficult.

Anyone with experience here, please let me know of any similar situations where you were able to overcome this obstacle.
