Hello good people of Recruitingblogs,
this is my first post on this forum. I used to be quit the forum junkie so I had a rule not to join any forums anymore. I have been reading daily on this website, because all the information is so great.
Story about me:
I am in my last year of Human Resources. In my 3th year I had an internship. This was at a recruitment department of a big construction company. I loved it. So, this last year it was an easy choice for me to search for another recruitment agency for my last internship (this one is a year).
This times it's an exterm internship. A bit different, but I still like it. I like the searching, I like almost everything about it.
So, for my last year I need to hand in a paper. It has be a paper where I advice the company I work for on a HR problem they might be having.
I have been thinking a bit about this, and came to the conclusion that we might be best of gearing it towards the question: How can my company attracked more good candidates?
How do you feel about this main question for my paper? Why? Do you have suggestions that might be way more interesting to figure out? It has to be in the 'world' or HR
Maybe a weird first post? hope not !
