Has anyone sourced an IT Candidate and made a placement using a Tweet?

Doing some research in regards to Social Networking groups. Have found that Linkedin is a MUST for IT Recruiters. I know that a Tweet can be used as a Job Announcement to your network and job seekers but have not found one recruiter who has actually mad a placemet using Twitter.
