I am trying to be an independent recruiter and I have a qualified candidate interested in my help to find them a perm position, but companies where my candidate might be a good fit won't work with me, even recruiting companies.

I am trying to approach recruiting by finding qualified candidates, then finding companies that can place them and pay me a split.  Is this the wrong approach ?

Does anyone know of a company willing to work with new Independent recruiters in the Cincinnati/Dayton Ohio area ?

Is anyone here interested in my services?
