Hi Everyone,
I hope all of you are finishing up a great year. Thanks to your recent input & advice, I recently launched a recruiting agency and things are off to a pretty good start.
So, my strength is in obtaining job orders - now that I'm on my own, I have too many and just can't give my clients the attention they deserve. I am looking to bring on a recruiter or two, simply to focus on sourcing candidates. I would really appreciate any suggestions with regards to splits, terms, etc?
At this point, I'm pretty open - it's all commission, so obviously this person can work 5 or 50 hours a week and make as much as they want (obviously). My main concern is on the ethics side - in representing my clients, I just want to find someone who is honest in doing business.
Thank you in advance for your help! Take care,
