Revenue?

None of the above?

All of the above - mainly I define for myself as enough placements to make enough revenue to be able to live the lifestyle I enjoy. I am not big on material things, but love to be able to take time off when I want to to visit family, etc.

All of the above.

I always ask this question when interviewing candidates.  I want to know how they define the success  in their career.

Good point, John.  I think everyone should set their own bar, regardless of what expectations are.  Success for me is when at the end of the day, I feel like I can honestly say I did 110% of what I set out to do in the morning.  If you work for a company, and they expect 2 placements, success should not be what they expect, but what you expect out of yourself.  I always set the bar higher.

Happy clients

Happy Wife.
