Resourcing is a unique role with massive resonsibility, the reason I've mentioned it with "Massive responsibility" because, resourcing is the base of entire recruitment lifecycle and if the CVs sourced and candidates generated are not along the right path, there can never be any placement and the complete excercise can be a waste of time.
How do you measure your Resourcer's efficiency/productivity?
1. By no. of vacancies/jobs they work upon?
2. By no. of relevant candidates generated?
3. By no. of relevant candidates submitted to the end clients?
4. By no. of interviews generated from the candidate's they've sourced?
5. By no. of placements made from the candidates generated?
6. By the amount of revenue they contribute towards making placements?
There are no. of activities from the above mentioned questions which are out of their control.
I look forward to your thoughts/views on this discussion.
