We all like to talk about candidate experience and I have to wonder how many times should a company interview a candidate.
I asked this question, because I just made the switch from being an Agency recruiter to become a corporate recruiter with an engineering firm. Our current policy is that I will do the pre-screening interview over the phone and I will pass candidate to the HR manager for further assessment. I often feel that I should have a F2F interview before I present the candidates to the senior management.
Do other corporate recruiters have a F2F meeting with the Candidates before presenting them to the hiring manager?
