Hello,

I am currently living in NJ but am moving to Hawaii and trying to find a job there. I find it very difficult to be taken seriously by HR and recruiters in Hawaii, which I understand.

Any suggestions on how to gain trust with the HR and recruiting community and how to get a job in a place far from home?

Many thanks for any help,

Alex

Alex, I am working as a Sr. Tech Recruiter with Mastech. I would like to see your resume as I work across US openings. I will try to find a position for you in Hawaii.....

If you got an address in Hawaii than update it on your resume and profile. HR never took outstation candidates seriously. Relocation, traveling etc are major constrain in joining.

Regards,
Hi Alex,

Do you have friends or family in Hawaii? Which island are you moving to? Most companies will speak to you once you're in Hawaii. If you have more questions, you can contact me at sally@mpcandcompany.com
