I want to help people find jobs and I think the best way to do that is to connect people looking for jobs with people looking to place people.

I think its win-win. The recruiters find the "Ideal Candidate". The job hunters find a job. The employers get a great employee.

I get to build my reputation probably get a few students for my course "LinkedIn For Job Hunters" which I am running in Toronto.

I am planning on doing that by

1. Identifying recruiters who want to receive invitations on LinkedIn from job hunters.
2. Teaching Job Hunters how to present them selves as "Ideal Candidates" on LinkedIn.
3. Providing the job hunters with the list of recruiters who are open to receiving invitations from
