When I found Courtney Raymond Consultants, I was trying to get my recruiting career going after an extended absence. I have Systemic Sclerosis and had to leave my last company for about 18 months. It was a hard time for my family because we lived on Welfare and little else. I was sick most of the time and needed expensive treatments on my eyes to keep me from losing my sight. I could only afford this by not working. In April of 2011 things got so bad, I needed to go back to work so I started looking at ways to work from home and make a living but still have the flexibility to deal with my illness when needed. I found CRC while doing a search for recruiting companies. She was the 183 call I made.
Other companies were put off by my lack of experience in the field but Courtney took a chance on me and I am so glad she did. Thanks to her, I have been able to earn over $17,800 since going to work in April. She has taught me alot about the Financials Industry and given me a new career. The first of this month I began building a team of my own and stepped into the role of supervisor. I now get the chance to partner with other recruiters that are looking for a chance to get into a great career or add to their book of business. I have never had the opportunities to use my skills as I have in the recruiting industry. As of November of 2011 recruiting made it possible to leave welfare and become totally independent.
I do not know of any other industry like this anywhere. I have the chance to make a very good living while being available for my daughter and take the time I need to care for me. I am more content and happier than I have ever been. I tried for many years to find the success I have this last year with CRC. Persistence is the key to success. I have learned to never give up and work daily to grow my skills any way I can. Courtney Raymond is my mentor and has become my friend. She works with me because I was up front with her about what I could do and what she could expect. It is a struggle sometimes to keep things going but she works with me to meet my goals and helps me keep them realistic.
I have done things for CRC I would never have imagined I would be able to do. I work hard but at the same time, I have flexibility I would never have, if I worked in an office. I get to work as if I own the company but get all the support of working for others that handle the contract and billing parts of what I do. I could not image my life any different than it is right now. Recruiting for me saved my family from poverty and homelessness. I am already starting the year off with an $11,900 commission. The commission just grow more and more. I love recruiting because of what I can now give the ones I love. It is wonderful to know the basic bills are met and I still can do what I need to do to stay well and be there for my family. Every day I get to help improve the economy by helping others do what Courtney did for me and that makes me feel really good. My job makes a difference to others.
