All I have to say that is search agents are awesome! We all know how to use them and we all probably do, but most of the time i used to just get garbage results returned to me. Last Monday i spent half my morning making sure all of my search strings were returning proper candidates, and by weeks end i was able to amount about 50% of my candidates for the week. Sometimes you get lucky, and the search agents work perfectly!
