Until I was accused yesterday of being military personnel...perpetuating a fraud by identifying myself as a member of a tribal organization.  All in an effort to discriminate against her and not allow her to have a job...ever again.  This was combined with several documents including: 40 page bio on the candidate and all the struggles she had, claims of human trafficking, and accusing Jews of being truly behind why she can't get a job (Among many more golden nuggets that are going in my vault of "Holy Shit").

Over the years, I've developed a pretty good bullshit detector.  This individual came to me as a possible candidate for a director-level position and somehow got to the point of me contacting her.  Makes you think, am I slipping?

I don't know.  Safe to say that I had a major "WTF" moment at the end of the day yesterday.  Just wanted to share...

It's amazing sometimes what happens to make us utter that "I thought I'd seen everything" phrase! Thank goodness it didn't happen AFTER you hired them. I have had those situations happen in the past, and it does make you wonder how you could have possibly missed the signs.

Yea, I agree Seth.. People cease to amaze me.  Go ahead, go on the Animal show.  It will be a good listen!

yeah, I come across some serious doozies sometimes as well.  Everytime I hear unemployment is down to %7 or whatever, my first thought is seriously, I would have thought it be %25, cause I talk to alot of people who are unemployed by the fact that they are unemployable, too stupid to hold a job, can't believe someone gave them a job in the first place.  Those are the fun moments you just put yourself on mute and start laughing
