I would dearly love to help your search for an Ideal Candidate because I have made it my goal to help 10,000 people find a job.

Here are four ways that I recommend you can find the Ideal Candidate.

1. Use LinkedIn on daily basis. Make sure you are connected to me and in the groups that I manage that are compatible with your interests. By being connected to me in LinkedIn, you have over 2,612,000 wonderful people. So I am positive there is an Ideal Candidate out there for you. I am out of invites so I can't send any.
2. Make sure you have the largest possible LinkedIn network that you can have. I have articles on my site on how to do just that.
3. I have great presentation on how to use LinkedIn to increase your business. As a recruiter you can find out how to rapidly find Ideal Candidates and how to find new clients.
