I've been interviewing with a few healthcare recruiting companies and one of which wants to bring me on board but they primarily focus on temp/contract. I've done temp work for a short bit before and didn't like it because these people were not reliable at all. Is there money to be made in this type of environment. It's high volume and maintaining billable hours. I believe their recruiters get .5% of net profit.
