I'm currently using LinkedIn recruiter as a method to source for candidates. I know that there exists software/addons that makes you able to do more within LinkedIn Recruiter - Like auto-visit profiles etc. My question is therefore: Are there any good software out there that can help me make lists of candidates in LinkedIn recruiter based on certain criteria and not send automated messages to them, but just create a list of potential leads? It would be great if this addon/software would create "normal groups" of leads - What i mean with this is that the list is not created within the addon but within LinkedIn so I can easily look at their profile, send them a message etc. I've heard about a program called Dux Soup - but I am not sure if it has that feature.
