I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share what the going rates are for a salaried Agency Recruiters are, in particular:

• Junior Tech Recruiter (0-3 Years Exp.)
• Mid Level Tech Recruiter (3-5 Years Exp.)
• Senior Tech Recruiter (6+ Years Exp.)

Wanting to establish Base Pay and Commission Structure (Direct Placement and Contracts) compensation in the Seattle and LA market.
