For over a decade, we’ve all heard the same recycled information and debates about HR and recruiting metrics. If you have ever wondered how to clearly define and articulate the financial impact of workforce plans and talent acquisition operations, this session is for you!

Co-facilitated by two Ameriprise Financial leaders, this highly anticipated presentation will focus on driving business value and a higher return on organizations’ workforce and talent acquisition processes.
