As part of our recruitment outreach, my agency plans to tap into the K-12 students- high/middle school. Our goal is to get students to think about and interested in a career in the energy field. We were wondering if anyone can share their thoughts or stategies on how to effectively develop and execute such as a program. Any feedback would be appreciated.
