Session Topic:

Too many candidates, too little time

Session Description:

In the years ahead, the economic climate will present unique challenges and unique opportunities. With more qualified candidates in the job market than ever before, and less resources to identify them, the right use of available technologies will be crucial to your ongoing recruiting strategy. How will you incorporate technology to help you find the great candidates with fewer resources, while keeping the 'Human' in Human Resources? Kelly Fitzsimmons, former Network Computing magazine columnist and serial start-up CEO, talks about hiring on the front lines and where technology can hurt and help. Through war stories and real world examples, Fitzsimmons provides practical advice to help you develop a long-term technology-assisted and candidate-friendly recruiting strategy.
