I'm looking for a recruiter who specializes in Software Engineer positions in Silicon Valley and to a lessor extent Texas-Boston, the positions I have access to (but no ability to recruit) are in $120k-$175k range, these positions are at Software Manufacturers based in San Jose to San Fran, most are late stage start ups with 100-200 employees, up to say 2k employees. I recruit Sales and Pre Sales Engineers primarily in Networking-Security-Virtualization-HCI, they all need Developers-Software Engineers-Customer Experience etc, and I've failed trying these spots and have no interest attempting again. I'm open to splitting these deals 50/50 or other per discussion.  I prefer US based recruiters who specialize in developer positions that truly understand this world and know all the lingo, I would love someone that was a developer before recruiting. These are not low level positions and I need more than "keyword" or boolean searching. I need someone that can qualify candidates per technical specifications.  Shoot me an email to start discussion.
