Looking for split partners in Accounting/Finance Nationwide

Dear fellow recruiters:
We are looking for split placement partners who want to increase their revenue. Our firm is a boutique recruiting firm focusing on recruiting candidates, thru a ton of cold calls and referrals, out of the BIG 4 public accounting firms in the US. In addition, our clients consist mostly of mid-size public accounting firms.
We are looking to develop a network of partner firms to do splits with. Our strengths are on the candidate side, and we need help on the client side outside of Chicago. Most of our candidates are out of audit, tax and financial advisory practices. We also have some that come from IT and various consulting practices as well.
We have posted our top candidates (right now there are 25) on our website and invite you to take a look. Our candidates are A+ candidates and majority are currently in the BIG 4. None of them are posted on any job boards, all are currently employed and about some are exclusive to our firm. We promise you that we will only post great, placeable candidates.
