Solid CRM for recruiters and ATS for tracking candidates - position origination through onboarding
capability of integrating with brainbench or other skill set evaluation tool
Must integrate with social media
should have sourcing tools built in to search multiple job boards, run daily agents, spider the web for resumes, etc., -
Mass email capability
Detailed reporting capabilities
User friendly with simple UI
