I am a new independent recruiter and just started my own agency a few months ago.  i am seeking to do splits with anyone that has job orders or wants to assist with my job orders.

I am also seeking advice on how to get clients in healthcare.  My niche is all healthcare, medical and medical device companies.  When cold calling clients in healthcare do you go to HR?  that seems counter-productive.  Anyone with advice as to the people to contact and steps to take would be awesome.
