Ted Meulenkamp is asking about the quality of candidates over on ERE in the Recruiting Leadership Forum. He's wondering why hiring managers are scoring them so low "the last couple of quarters." I have an idea, and I voiced it over there. Put your two cents in too!

I added this to his list of reasons why HM's are scoring candidates low on quality...

(e) Fallout from hiring someone who doesn't make it...

It's called reputation management and all recruiters have experienced the feeling of actually recruiting a "10" and not receiving the go ahead to hire.
