Managing your employer brand in a social, searchable and portable world
Session Description:

The digital revolution is increasing the level of challenge for companies in the area of employer brand communications. This presentation looks to explore three main themes which organizations across the globe are currently grappling with:-

- How do you manage your reputation as an employer when you brand can be experienced, searched and talked about 24/7?

- How do you evolve your communications to deal with the end of the broadcast model and monitor brand conversations across a bewildering array of formal and informal channels?

- How do you ensure consistency of experience in a widgetized world of portable content with your potential hires making brand judgements at much earlier stages of the recruitment process?
