I'd be interested to know if anyone is part of an organization that has placed talent assessment as a strategic human capital priority.  What methodology and/or vendor are you using?  Is it consistently being applied throughout the organization at all levels?  Is the organization measuring the impact and, if so, what have been the high level results?
