I've seen statistics suggesting that only 13% of companies are investing in mobile recruiting and only 5% of Fortune 500 companies allow candidates to apply via mobile devices.
But the closest stats I can find on how recruiters use mobile are statistics claiming 90% of recruiters are active on social media, which is used in those articles as proof of mobile recruiting prowess.
